On Infeelo.com customers can order personalized products by giving their pictures and other content. Products sold on this website are only intended for customers of legal age. Products will only be sold in normal household quantities for their personal use. Customers found ordering products and reselling to others will be banned permanently and further action will be taken against them. These terms and conditions find application in all contracts which members enter into via Infeelo.com as well as all business relationships between Infeelo and its customers.

As part of the registration as a customer of Infeelo.com you will be asked to submit personal data. You are responsible for ensuring that the data is complete and correct. You are obliged to treat your login Id and password and any other access data confidential and protected from access by unauthorized third parties. You indemnify Infeelo.com completely of any claim by third parties on first demand. Infeelo is not responsible for any type of loss resulting from late, damaged or cancelled delivery of any products.
You are only permitted to register and use one membership account at a time. Multiple registrations will be deleted by Infeelo.com
In the password protected area on Infeelo.com you can access your recently shipped and/or completed orders.
Infeelo.com reserves the right to issue a warning, to terminate your membership or to modify or delete content you have submitted, if you violate any of the provisions. Any claims for damages by Infeelo.com remain unaffected.
PRICES AND SHIPPING FEES
For orders on Infeelo.com the prices which are listed at the time of your order on the product page apply. These prices are inclusive of all taxes. Shipping charges as applicable will be displayed in the cart.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
In case of receiving a damaged product, customers have to send a photo of the damaged product by contacting our customer care. Upon reviewing the request, Infeelo may send a new product to the customer with no additional charges or refund the full amount as deemed suitable. Standard delivery time will be applicable on all orders. In all other cases, no returns will be accepted.
PAYMENTS
Infeelo.com offers Credit Card, Debit Card, PayTM, Other Mobile Wallets and Netbanking as payment options on its site. Customers who are not able to pay using these payment methods can contact our customer care for alternate payment methods.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
Delivery is done by our network of courier partners across India. We can deliver to most addresses in India. Remote places and villages where courier partners do not provide delivery may be served by India Post subject to their availability.
Delivery will only be given to the shipping address provided by you. Customers must enter the complete delivery address where they wish to deliver the product when checking out. Infeelo is absolutely not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses entered during check out or if an incorrect address is given to us via whatsapp. If an incorrect shipping address is entered and the product is returned back to us, customer will be required to pay the shipping charges to send it again. It is your responsibility to ensure that it is possible to ship to the address during normal working hours and to ensure that someone is present at the address to receive the delivery.

In cases of force majeure, shipping duration may increase within reason. Force majeure shall include strike, exclusion, official intervention, energy or resource scarcity, shipping difficulties, business complications such as fire or water damage to machinery, lightning or any other unforeseeable business complications for which Infeelo.com cannot be held responsible.
