How to give my Photos?
Make a new folder in Google Drive, Google Photos or Dropbox. Upload all your photos in it. Copy the folder link. Paste it on the page when placing an order for Personalized Mosaic Poster. You may contact us for any help on uploading photos.
What type of Photos are needed to make my Mosaic Poster?
Your Personalized Mosaic Poster is yours, truly. You can send any type of photos you want to see in your Poster. You can send DSLR Shots, Selfies, Random Shots, Old Scanned Photos etc. Try to send less number of Group Photos because too many faces won’t be clearly visible. Group photos are photos with more than 2 People in it. Do send as many High Resolution photos as possible.
Which payment methods are available?
Payments can be made on our website via your Credit/Debit Card and Netbanking.
My transaction failed but amount has been deducted from my account. What can I do?
In such cases, please contact us with the Transaction ID. You can find the Transaction ID in the SMS which you may have received when the amount is deducted. Usually, the amount is refunded back to your account within 3-4 working days when a transaction fails.
In which sizes is the Mosaic Poster available?
Currently, we have three sizes for Personalized Mosaic Poster. 12×18 Inches, 20×24 Inches and 30×40 inches. These sizes are standard sizes. We don’t provide custom sizes currently.
Does the Mosaic Poster come with a frame? Do you sell different types of frames?
No, frame is not provided with the Poster. We don’t sell frames for the Mosaic Poster at the moment. You can frame the poster as per your choice at a local frame shop.
Are there any delivery charges? What delivery options are available?
Delivery charges are different for each product and will be visible in your Cart after adding product to cart. We deliver through our network of Courier Partners across India. We can also deliver by India Post (SPEED Post) to Pincodes where no courier service is available.
How many days does it take for delivery of my order?
It usually takes around 2-3 working days for making the poster samples and then approximately 7-8 working days for delivery once you have confirmed your samples. We provide a tracking number and a tracking link for your order which shows the current delivery status.
